I've always love cottage pie. But the ones outside always come with peas which i really dont like. I also like mine saltier and spicier! So the only solution is to make it myself loh. Haha! Making the mash was the hardest part! I dont make it often so i dont wanna buy another equipment just for it. It was really backbreaking business making mash with a fork. But i did it nonetheless! Yay! Here's a short and compressed video of the process. I also added in a tiny bit of indian pickles into the meat at the end to give it a more flavourful taste. But i had forgotten to record it. But it's an acquired taste, so that's optional. I dont know if it's CB or motherhood, but I've been really experimental and inspired! Cooking is so fun! To be appreciated for it, is even more so!
